We intentionally encourage mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities for children, youth, adults, and elders to create together. We are committed to leaving a legacy of faith, creativity, and community for future generations.

That final standard ties together your recurring "circle" imagery, your work with the Martin Family Reunion, and your vision of community theater where every generation has both a place and a responsibility. It makes your production standards uniquely yours rather than a generic theater mission statement.
